I have yet to play the expansion packs i own them but after hours i had enough of skyrim for a while so i did not finish the game. As far as your definition of finishing the game goes. I haven't found all dragon priest masks and the dungeon where you have to use em, i'm pretty sure i miss a couple daedra quests and most certainly haven't discovered ALL locations.
