Kenny's voice is usually distorted and Mysterion sounds more like Clyde. However, it can still be Kenny but who knows it's probably neither.

Its not a girl because a girl wouldn't be able to desguise their voice that well. It was not Kyle because Mysterion visted Kyle. It could have been Kenny because he seems to be interested in dangerous stuff more so then the rest of the kids i. Stan because his uncle Jimbo smuggles illegal fireworks in from Mexico. Plus, he's good friends with Kyle and would trust him to be his 'spy' when he asked. Craig because his voice is deep like that, although mysterion could definately change his voice anyhow.
So it isn't craig. I don't think it was Clyde, since I think that part when he was sleeping was just to emphasize that Cartman was boring the class. That actualy makes a lot of sence, but then again Mysterion was arested so how did Kyle apeerd in the next episode? The town of South Park has gotten destroyed alot and in the very next episode it's perfectly fine.
And Kenny got arrested in Fat Camp and he appeared in the very next episode.
